Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, Kevin has led the firm through numerous successful projects across the commercial, residential, and racking sectors.
Ronald Gultom
Senior Engineer
Ronald holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with a focus on seismic-resilient structures, but found his true passion in consultancy, where he’s developed both technical depth and practical insight. His experience spans healthcare and residential sectors, including low-rise hospitals, apartments, multi-unit developments, and bespoke architectural homes. Beyond new builds, he has delivered peer reviews and detailed seismic assessments across various structural types. Driven by a commitment to help address New Zealand’s housing challenges, Ronald joined Crowe Consulting to contribute practical, efficient, and resilient design solutions. He continues to apply his expertise to projects of all complexities, supporting the creation of strong, vibrant communities throughout the country

With more than 8 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering, Eli specialises in the design and analysis of building structures across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Proficient in industry-standard software and codes, Eli delivers safe, cost-effective, and buildable solutions tailored to each project's unique architectural and site requirements. Known for a detail-oriented approach and collaborative mindset, Eli works closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless project delivery from concept through to construction.
