We’re beyond excited to see work officially kicking off on the Ngongotahā Housing Development Project - a significant step forward for Rotorua’s housing future.

This project will deliver around 200 new homes, supported by new roads, reserves, and community infrastructure designed to make everyday life easier and more connected.
